Red Alert — Terrorist ‘Operatives’ Arrested And Charged For Scouting These 2 Areas For Terrifying Reason

If you want proof that Iran is a threat to the West and Israel, look no further – the country’s fingerprints are all over two arrests in one of the strangest places you’d imagine.

Iran, it’s worth remembering, is one of the biggest sponsors of global terror around. It’s so bad, in fact, that Iran’s terror-sponsored groups have their own terror-sponsored groups. And their reach is worldwide.

Including, it seems, the tiniest of Israeli and US embassies in one of the tiniest countries on earth – Panama, right smack at the end of Central America.

Oh, and New York City. I forgot that one.

NBC reports:

Two men with ties to Hezbollah conducted “pre-operational surveillance” on possible targets for attack in New York, as well as U.S. and Israeli embassies in Panama, federal prosecutors said Thursday.

No specific plot was underway but the men were allegedly scouting the targets to assess their vulnerabilities, including LaGuardia Airport and FBI headquarters in New York.

Hezbollah, you might remember, is funded heavily by Iran, and was founded by militants close to Iran.

In fact, it was founded for the sole purpose of fighting the Israeli military during the Lebanese Civil War during the ‘80s. And it was surprisingly successful in that – even today, Hezbollah is considered a serious threat to Israel.

Now, though, Hezbollah is looking to expand to the rest of the world. And it’s serious enough that law enforcement actually had to keep the arrest under wraps, in order to keep the investigation alive.

At the request of law enforcement, NBC New York did not report news of the investigation last week because officials cited ongoing security concerns connected to the case. Documents associated with the case were made public Wednesday.

The men arrested? Both Hezbollah members. And heavily trained.

One of them “attended Hezbollah-sponsored weapons training program starting at age 16, and lied on his immigration application, stating he had no ties to any foreign terrorist organization, the FBI said. He became a naturalized citizen in 2009.”

The other “joined Hezbollah in 2008 and traveled to Lebanon for training on numerous occasions. Investigators said he undertook bomb-making training while there.”

‘Bomb-making training’ is the common thread here.

Hezbollah has been on the US terror list for many years now. But libs haven’t addressed the group’s link to Iran, or justified why we should deal with Iran at all – at least, not if Iran continues to fund groups like Hezbollah.

I wouldn’t hold my breath for an answer.
